IMPLEMENTATIONS
The company maintains an in-house health and safety manual that is being updated annually for employees and subcontractors.
All the employees are trained and certified.
Site foremans are obligated to hold daily safety talks, inspect the access equipment and inform the employees on potential site specific hazards.
Venn Construction also employs a third party safety consultant that performs weekly or monthly inspections to the job sites.
